This work is for people who’ve spent a long time pushing, coping, or holding it together and are ready to feel more present, grounded, and at ease in their own skin.
Through movement, breath, and nervous system education. I support you in building awareness, expanding capacity, and rebuilding trust with your body.
You don't need to be fixed, because you're not broken. You just need a safe place to start the return back to yourself.

This work weaves together somatic practices, nervous system support, movement, breath, and honest conversation. We move at your pace, meeting what’s present rather than forcing change.

Reignite is a gentle, self-paced program for those who want to reconnect with their body and nervous system without committing to 1:1 support.
I created this during my own burnout, using the practices that helped me feel grounded, steady, and more like myself again.
Across four weeks, you’ll be guided through simple practices that support regulation, awareness, and inner strength, all at a pace that feels manageable for you.
You don’t need to be perfect, you just need a place to begin.
The AHIMS Online Studio is an on-demand library of gentle yoga, breathwork, and embodied practices you can return to whenever you need support.
It’s designed to meet you in different seasons. You can stay for a month, or for longer. There’s no pressure to keep up or do more, just space to arrive as you are and move at your own pace.
This is a supportive companion alongside your life, not something you have to perform for.
