Creating Capacity is a 12 week somatic 1:1 program for women who feel lost, stuck or overwhelmed by change. Using nervous system-led practices and the kind of support that meets you where you are, we rebuild your inner steadiness until you feel clear, grounded and at home in your skin. Includes 6 x 1:1 calls, weekly check ins, personalised somatic practices and full access to My Sanctuary, the AHIMS Online Studio.

We meet once a week for 5 weeks to work through what keeps coming up for you. Together we’ll unpack your patterns, process what your body is holding, and create real shifts using tapping + somatic practices so you’re not stuck in the same cycles.

A personalised 1:1 session to reconnect with your body and breath. Together we’ll explore mindful movement, gentle strength, or calming practices tailored to you. Each session is 45 minutes on Google Meet, with space for your questions and guidance that meets you where you are.
